This entry is the runner up for the Union Station competition. I thought this one communicated to me the most because it's based on the regulation of flow, and also how this regulation of flow, together with the urban points are maintained in one infrastructure. Its quite similar to the theme that my team and I tried to achieve in Assignment 1, which was based on human traffic. The designer here has taken this flow of movement and created an 'axis' ( I suppose a general main flow), and then enclosed this axis within a unified infrastructure.
The section is also drawn really clearly together with the axo drawings, very neat and simple layout~~
I loved this layout! and also the colour scheme, but..... don't think it really communicates as well as the previous one because it's just a little too dark...
but otherwise, this one looks really cool!
